Warranty Policies
Items designed and marketed by Bendita Seas undergo quality control tests. Bendita Seas is not responsible for damage or injury caused by abuse, contact with external agents that damage the product, or by washing and care processes that are not recommended.
If the purchased item has any quality problem or defect due to manufacturing and all care and washing recommendations have been followed, and the term of the offered warranty has not expired, please write a message indicating the defect to the email clientebendita@gmail.com or express it through the Online Store chat. In order to properly verify, it must be sent in the same conditions as it was received to the following address: Carrera 18A # 80-16 Ontario Building, Office 307 Bogotá, Colombia, with the invoice for the same. If the item meets the conditions already described and a change has not been previously made, it will be sent to the Quality Control Area for analysis of the problem or defect, and the decision corresponding to the warranty request will be made.
The warranty will be effective according to the rules contained in Law 1480 of 2011 and Decree 735 of 2013. Once the Quality Control Department authorizes the repair or exchange, or determines that the warranty request has been denied, the Customer Service Department will send a response to the customer's email address within 7 business days of receiving the item. This period does not include the time needed in case the repair of the item is feasible, in which case the procedure and delivery time will be explained in the message sent.
The customer will receive the repaired item or a new one at his/her home or at the address indicated, or the same item if the warranty is denied, within the time stipulated by our authorized courier.
Exchange Policies
The availability of the items listed on this page is subject to inventory stock. If an item is no longer available, the customer will be contacted to proceed with the exchange for another of equal value or pay the difference if it is of greater value. The customer is free to accept the exchange or request a refund.
CLOTHES FROM PREVIOUS COLLECTIONS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CLOTHES FROM THE NEW COLLECTION.
You can exchange the item you purchased in our online store by writing to the email clientebendita@gmail.com within 15 days of the date of receipt. The availability of the new product is confirmed to your email. If it is not available, it can be exchanged, by prior agreement, for another available product of equal value. If the exchange is for an item of higher value, the difference must be deposited in a bank account that will be indicated in the email. It is recommended to keep the purchase invoice and the labels of the purchased item.
Once the exchange has been authorized, the item must be sent in the same condition as when it was received, without having been used or damaged, to the address indicated to you, assuming the cost of shipping. Once the condition of the item has been verified, the new item will be sent to the address you provide.
Data Protection
In accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, all information registered on the portal www.benditaseas.com is collected with the prior, express and informed authorization of the client or user. This data will be stored in databases governed by security and confidentiality policies and will also be used to send communications, promotions, news, events or other advertising purposes. As a client, you can know and access for free the personal data that is under our control and exercise the rights that assist you as the owner of said data in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012.
Your personal data on this site may be edited by logging into your account, likewise you may request rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data in writing through the email clientebendita@gmail.com. Additionally, and in accordance with article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, we request our clients' authorization for Bendita Seas Ropa y Accesorios SAS to continue processing their data in accordance with the data processing policy that can be consulted on our website www.benditaseas.com. If within thirty (30) business days from this communication, we have not received a request from you to delete your data; the organization may continue processing your data in accordance with the data processing policy and as stated in this email.
The request for data deletion can be made by emailing clientebendita@gmail.com. If you do not wish to receive further information from Bendita Seas, you can request this by emailing the aforementioned email address or unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of the newsletters. The user may submit complaints or claims for violations or non-compliance with the provisions of this law, including any modifications, additions or extensions that may arise, to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
