Shipping and Returns
The availability of the items listed on this page is subject to inventory stock. If an item is no longer available, the customer will be contacted to proceed with the exchange for another of equal value or pay the difference if it is of greater value. The customer is free to accept the exchange or request a refund.
Shopping in Colombia
Shipping is FREE for purchases over $360,000. For purchases under this value, the shipping cost appears once the order process is complete, before making the payment.
Delivery Times
The order starts counting from the moment the purchase is confirmed. When the payment is approved, a notification with the order confirmation is sent to the email and the shipping process begins. If you pay through Baloto or Efecty, a reference number and payment value are sent to the email, and you have 3 business days to make the payment.
Once confirmed, a notification is sent to the email. Deliveries are made through Fedex. Orders in Bogotá arrive in 1 to 2 business days from confirmation. Outside Bogotá, 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination. For some cities, Servientrega is responsible for delivery.
Deliveries are made during the day at the address written on the order and must be received by a person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, who must sign the carrier's guide to have control of the delivery. If there is no one to receive the package, Fedex makes up to 3 attempts to deliver it to the same address since it is not possible to change it.
If the order is not received, it will be sent to a FedEx office or returned to our offices. In this case, we will contact the customer at the cell phone or email address written on the order to determine the delivery.
