Shipping policy

Delivery time is counted from the day of purchase confirmation. When the credit or debit card payment is approved, a notification is sent to the customer's email with the order confirmation and the shipping process begins. If payment is made in cash through Baloto or Efecty, a reference number or payment code and value is sent to the email, and the customer has 3 working days to make the payment.


Shipments to Bogota are shipped through urban courier and are delivered the same day or up to 3 business days, depending on the availability of the garment and the point of sale that dispatches it.


Orders from outside Bogota and the country, are shipped with allied couriers, and are delivered from 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays or inconveniences that arise with air transportation.


If there is no one to receive the package, the carrier makes up to 2 delivery attempts to the same address. Otherwise it is returned to the carrier's warehouse and we will contact the customer to determine the delivery.
